Mo service hp nunggunya berjam2 padahal saya cm nunggu 2 nomor antrian. Teknisi hp cuma ada 1 orang. Saya memperbaiki DVD Jome Theater yg rusak, MPEG + Power Supply nya bermasalah. Claim Garansi gampang dan bener2 bebas biaya. Yg penting belum 1tahun sejak tanggal kwitansi pembelian, proses perbaikan 2 sampai 4 minggu. Cukup fair pelayanannya, mekuaskan. Mudah2an awet. Pada tgl 6 Februari 2019 modul sensor AC saya type S05LFG-2 diganti baru oleh LG melalui teknisi yang bernama Haryono dengan biaya sebesar Rp -. Namun pada tanggal 7 April 2019 tampaknya sensor AC saya rusak kembali karena tidak bisa dimatikan setelah sebelumnya tidak bisa dihidupkan. Apakah mutu produk LG demikian buruknya karena baru dua bulan sudah rusak kembali? Garansi produk hanya satu bulan. Apakah saya harus membayar Rp - lagi seandainya sensor tersebut diganti baru, yang berarti saya harus bayar Rp - satu juta lima puluh enam ribu untuk sebuah modul sensor karena mutunya yang baru dua bulan sudah rusak. Padahal LG adalah sebuah perusahaan multi nasional yang bonafide, ternyata mutu produksinya kurang bagus. Sayang sekali! Tempatnya nyaman, terdapat tempat bermain anak juga. Saya kesini untuk klaim garansi baterai hp dan overall pelayanannya juga cukup cepat, walaupun barang tidak tersedia cukup datang 2 hari sesudahnya barang sudah pasti ready kembali dan pemasangannya langsung ditempat di dapan pelanggan dan juga cepat.
